    Hi I tried that and the wire fired on the other coil just fine,I'm thinking I have a bad coil since the other three coils work just fine,does this sound to be true?

    Hi, new to this site but I have looked for answers to my problem here and sort of found an answer but not really sure.I have a 1996 legacy postal 2.2 and it has no spark on just the number one plug this was confirmed by jumping the wire to ground is it possible that the ignitor is bad or would it be the spark sensor on the crank or could it be that part of the coil? Thanks Wayne.
