  1. 2015 Subaru Outback automatic rear lift gate doesn't open

    Hello everyone. I have a 2015 Subaru outback with keyless entry. Not sure if I'm not meeting a certain condition however when I use the rubber touch button(the larger left button not the lock and unlock circular button on the right), on the rear gate to automatically open the rear hatch it just unlocks and opens less than an inch. I have the height memory feature turned off. I'm forced to either manually continue the opening of the rear hatch or just close it again and use either the key fob or button on the dash to open it automatically. Anyone have helpful suggestions please?
