  1. Forester engine and trans from a 02 to a 99. Auto both.

    Hi, im glad i found this forum. I have some questions about swapping an engine and transmission from 02 to 99. I asked some others and they says its possible. But some say is not because one ia doch and one soch. Not sure if they are different. But others say that even if they are not both soch or doch the engine can be swap just use the manifold from the other engine. Suppostly the transmission is a direct swap. So what du u guys think? Any help is appriciated. Tha k u
