    Have a 91 Subaru Legacy that won't turn over. Has happened one time before and a guy was over banged on engine trying to find what was wrong. pulled spark plugs, put them back in. Still would not start. Husband went out to try again in discussed and it turned over. Ran for a couple of weeks like normal. Went out one morning and tried again and it won't start. Still will not crank. We have changed out spark plugs, fuel filter, poured gas in the carburetor, Changed out battery. We are lost what to try next. Can anyone assist? Thank you
