If you just bought the vehicle and only drove 118 miles I can't see where the dealer is not responsible. Check into VA lemon laws. Start with calling consumer affairs or the States Attorney General office. They should be able to steer you in the right direction. Also let the dealer know that you're calling these people. Good luck.

In my 00 Outback Wagon I've got a squeak/creak/rattle on the passenger side that's driving me snakesh@*! Part of it was caused by the airbag lid/cover. I managed to silence that one with some thin foam. Now it's seems to be a combination of the dash vent and the seam between the upper and lower dash halves. Has anyone else dealt with this? Usually I can ferret out and cure these problems but this one is driving me crazy... Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Go to www.yakima.com but be prepared to spend some $. By the time you're done buying the basics (towers, clips, and bars) you'll be well over $150. They're expensive but well worth it, high quality, reliable and can carry just about anything. I regularly carry 4 kayaks on mine with no problems. My son has a 90 Legacy wagon with yamkima's on it as well.

New to Subaru's but so far I'm really impressed. I just picked up a 95 Legacy Wagon AWD. Are the ventilation buttons supposed to be lit up when the lights are on? If so, I imagine the drink holder has to be removed first in order to start gaining access to the back of the ventilation panel. Any tips, bulb size (if they are supposed to be lit) or warnings? Thanks in advance, I'm impressed by the wealth of information on this board.
Thanks,
Bob

In the Hagerstown, MD area, I was just quoted a price of $180 to tint everything but the windshield on a '00 OBW. They had a $25 upgrade to better material available.
