    DOH!!!! Well, after carefully considering my submission, I figured it out!! It is as simple as removing the rubber cover over the nut and tightening it!! Thanks, and hopefully will submit more well thought out ?'s in the future!! uip

    Hi, Yes, we are new here. We have been driving my girlfriends 94 Legacy, and with the exception of the seats (just awful), what a great car!! Moved to Portland Oregon from Pennsylvania, towed a u-haul trailer, and absolutely zero problems. What an awesome car!! Anyway, ice storm today, and when we tried to use the wipers after thawing out the car, the driver's side wiper is loose. Does anyone know how to access the mount to tighten or replace it ? I looked and can't quite seem to figure it. It looks as if it may be accessed from inside under the dash, or by removing the panel under the wiper blades themselves. Thanks ahead to anyone who can help!! us in portland
