    Bought car new in Chicago and brought it west in 2003. Has always run weii land had oil changed every 3K miles. About a year ago started having noisy left front value lifter now shop says oil pressure is 5 at idle and 15 at 2000RPM.

    I have a 92 loyale wagon with 111K miles on it and it is now started the TOD. I normally use 10W-40 oil and wondered what the correct oil pressure should be with the engine cold and when warm at 2000 RPM and idel? If it turns out that the oil pump has failed does anyone know where a replacement might be found? Thanks James
