Hello all. I am glad to have found this community. I am a lifelong professional mechanic with more than 30 years in the industry. Unfortunately I am currently unable to work due to a chronic illness. Really hoping to get back into the swing of things in the next 6 months or so. We have 3 kids. Our oldest is 19 and we are shopping for his first car. I have always liked Subarus and it's all my mother will drive. So we're thinking about an older Forester or Outback for him to cut his teeth on. I'll keep you informed about what we find.
