    you can not cut wire, this is a factory panic disabling alarm, this disables car from starting.

    yes car alarm and panic alarm different. the panic alarm shuts off the car can not start it

    How to turn off panic alarm ?, key fob will not turn it off. key fob opens and lock door and turn car alarm off but not panic alarm. Also car will not start. 2003 surbaru outback
