    Hello everyone, I just talked to a shop that claim they did hundreds of engine swaps puting a 2012 engine in a 2007 Outback. They said they don't want to share their ''recipe''. Do you have any knowledge or experience doing this ? My Outback 2007 with 2.5 EJ253 avcs blew head gasket and oil spilled on the ground. The person driving the car did not notice and drove till the engine died. I feel like it's not worth a rebuild and those engines are hard to find or overpriced. 2012 engine is the first possible swap I heard of...
