    We are looking for a Philadelphia-area Subaru expert. We have a 1999 Forester with 187K miles, a rebuilt engine and oil leak (1qt/2 weeks). We have a persistent check engine light, which needs to be resolved before the car will pass inspection. Cost is an issue. Can someone point us in a useful direction? Our usual mechanic is not making progress. Should I just trust a Subaru dealer? thanks
