1986 GL Sedan Starting Problem

Just joined the club. I have 1986 Sub. just like yours and had same problem.There is a coil on the distributor which has a open circuit.You will have to pull the distributor out,to see the coil.I had to have my car towed to the dealer because the garage mechanic was baffled.
