  1. Hey, it took me awhile to get my wife out of her altima, but now she does not miss the nissan and loves her Forester. Try the WRX for performance!!!!!
  2. Turned the key and got a 'click.' Starter motor was silent. After several attempts, car suddenly started up as if nothing is wrong. Will have no problem with repeated attempts after getting the car to start and run. The new starter I had replaced last winter is still under warrantee and is being replaced for now, but not sure if this will solve the problem, mechanic is not sure if that is the problem either as he can not get the car to mimic the problem at the garage. My alarm system(Code Alarm) is also acting strange. :-\
  3. It won't start first thing in the morning and after a long period of rest between starts. :-\
  4. My 97 Outback has starter problems, I replaced the starter about 16 months ago with a new starter(not a rebuild) and have started to have the same problems that led me to changing the starter last time. Any suggestions as what the problem is?
  5. My wife and I each own a Subaru. She, a 2001 Forester, and me, a 1997 Outback. We live in New England and never worry about the weather and road conditions.
