    1999 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5 automatic. Ive done everything i can replaced all vaccum lines the BPT and egr valve cleaned the metal tube out ive replaced the EGR vaccum control silinoid still no vaccum from silinoid ive tested vaccum nothing from silinoid checked harness got power why does it not work i am stumped

    Tapt on relay nothing swapped still nothing, so i took cao off first relay jumped it then it ingaged.....know is this system made not to ingauge if no oil or refrigerant present......

    my AC compressor won't kick over my Subaru is warmed up my question is are they made not to kick over without refrigerant in it it's a 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5 automatic
