Finally dealt with my combustion issue (realized timing slipped) and I poured some gas through the intake and it roared. I put gas in the tank and heard the fuel pump turn on then turn off and it will continue doing that when I have the key turned in the ignition. But the injector doesn't pulse, used a multimeter and it read about 3v when I was turning over the engine. Does anyone know if there is a dead switch or any sensor that would prevent the injector from getting enough power?

I've been working on my loyale for a few weeks and I did a engine rebuild, made sure to get the correct timing and have been having spark from my distributor (in what I saw was the correct firing sequence) but it just won't fire up, I got a new starter for it too. Something else that I see as an issue is that when I turn over the engine the fuel gets sucked in through the tbi but then shoot back up and out of the throttle body. Any information that could help would be greatly appreciated.
