  3. Hey guys just have a few questions u guys can hopefully can help me with. I have a 96 legacy outback. So the driver side door is manual lock and unlock but the rest of the doors will lock and unlock automatically when ive l lock or unlock driver side. The driver side lock actuator is all manual. Would i be able to get a power lock actuator from junkyard and have be plug and play and program a key or would it just be better to get an aftermarket keyless entry and after market solinod. Thanks
  4. Alright guys i got a buddh that works at a tire shop. He hepled me out and we tried on a tire see if it would fit. The tire we fitted isnt the tire i want but was the correct size. The tire was an epic tour 21570r15. In the rear the side wall clear the strut tube by 7mm and the perch has about 2 inches. With to bodies sitting kn the back i could still fit 2 fingers between tire and fender. The front i did not measure but there was enough clearance all the way around. So i know the tire size fits but every brand is slightlh different so i cant say they will all fit. I will be getting geolander in the 21570r15 so i will let u know how those fit when the time comes. Thank u all for the info

  7. Thank you for your response. I have 96 outback legacy. I have the complete ej25d engine but just the ej253 shortblock no timing accessories. So i would be able to just swap the bracket that holds the tensioner from the ej25d to ej253 and use the ej25d timing kit correct?
  8. Hey guys ive been doing some searching but cant seem to find the answer. I have ej25d hla heads and im gonna put them on a ej253 block but dont know what timing belt kit to use. Thanks in advance.
  9. Sorry im not to familiar to much with subarus is that the last numbers for the part number. Thank you
  10. Hi, every body I just had a question for you. I have a 96 ej25d with hla heads. It has rod knock so was wondering what headgasket i could use if i used an ej251 or ej253 shortblock. I know there are other posg similar to this but i could not find a definitive answer for the hla heads since the heads have a slighlty higher cc than the 97-99 heads. Thanks in advance.
