So my 84 DL wagon had mice at one point, and I’ve cleaned out every duct and vent and blower motor, where I found nests and poop. But it still smells when I turn on the fan. Short of getting to the heater core, is there a cabin air filter somewhere I’m missing??

Thanks for the info. Gonna try an aftermarket fan today as the motor in my original one was shot and crumbling on the inside.

There are two fans on my 84 DL wagon. How do you tell which is the A/C and which is the cooling fan? Also, my cooling fan switch doesn’t work. Is there a big difference between the $20 to the $45 on eBay? Thanks
