  1. Better Cams & Other Upgrades

    I have a '98 Legacy 2.5GT. Well, it's down for the count. So while I'm replacing the now infamous Phase1 headgasket, I figure it's a good time to do some upgrades. I'm installing a CAI, Lightened Underdrive Pulley, and replacing all the major system electrical grounds while the engine is out. I would also like to replace the CAMs since the timing is so convenient. Is there another Suby that came stock with an cam with more lift or duration? I would expect most EJs to be interchangable. I will definitely consider aftermarket, but I'd prefer OE from another model/year. Also, if anyone else has any suggestions please post them.

    TCU refers to the Transmission Control Unit mounted on the outside of an automatic transmission case, or the electronic unit that interprets automatic transmission data for the ECU.

  3. Cruise Control + 2.5L ??

    I haven't noticed any unecessary amount of shifting in cruise with my 2.5L.
