Thanks. I have the patience. Any idea if there are instructions anywhere for removing the door panel and related pieces and in what order?

I guess this isn't uncommon, but my wife totalled the passenger side mirror. I picked up a replacement from the dealer and the parts guy said it was easy to replace, as it's attached by three bolts. However, after removing the triangle shaped cover on the inside, I was confronted with a single screw surrounded by rubber molding. I removed the screw, but that didn't do any good. The molding is completely covering the three bolts, so I couldn't get access to them. So I'm stuck. Any ideas how I can do this myself before I take it to the dealer to have them do it?
Thank you!

Actually, it was pretty easy to get the door panel off. This should be a ten minute job! Except I'm stuck at a really stupid part. I can't get the screws out...they're held on by the force of god. Neither hand screwdriver, electric screw driver or drill seems to work. The latter almost strips the head of the screw. Any advice on getting these screws out? Then it would be clear sailing!
