    I think I may have a bad fuel pump relay but I cant seem to locate it, It isn't in either of the two fuse panels that I'm aware of, anyone deal with this before?

    Im trying to see what codes my 97 Legacy is putting out without an obd scanner, people online are saying there's two sets of connectors under the steering wheel used for diagnostics, one pair black and the other green, I can only seem to find the green connector, any ideas?
