I went with the "recommended" shop from my insurance so it's a lifetime warrany on the repairs. I was going to call them today, but lost track of time. I think I'll drop by tomorrow for a little 5 minute "this is wrong, this is wrong, this is wrong" biznatch session. I can't imagine it's going to be easy to convince them that the passenger window leaking air is from the drivers side accident.
That might be a hard sell. But I'm sure its nothing new to them
Is the lifetime warrany from the repair shop or the insurance carrier

Those pictures are hard to look at.
My condolences on your loss.
Now go whip those body boys into shape and make them get it right.
How hard is it to do it right the first time?

$11.50/bulb. My brother ran 80/100s in his '96 Legacy for years, that handled it well. His didn't last as well as he'd hoped, I've heard that a lot. I've had them in my Audi for ten years, replaced one.
Higher frequency light scatters more easily (blue bends best), dazzles eyes, lights up fog. Bulb makers have been using a good compromise frequency for decades, fashion is driving demand for higher frequencies. I encounter some weather around here. In high-speed, low-vis situations, I don't want blue lights.
I did not know that was how it worked. It seems like when I was not in incliment weather, silver starts were great. Now I am gonna have to pay attention how they compare in Oregon weather.

A big hello from Southwest VA. just bought a 1998 Forester from a woman who didn't want to have the HG replaced. She priced the car at $2000.00, what do ya'll think? Needless to say I bought it and am in the process of getting the work done. The car has 118000 on a 2.5 so I guess it was time for them to go. Just wanted to say hey and look around a bit.
Wow, that is quite a deal. Do you know what the KBB value is on it?
Just fixed but here's my accident pictures
