Where can I find the fusable links?

I have a 2000 outback and the power windows, door locks, and power seat no longer operate. I have checked the fuse box and didn't find any problems. Is there a relay that could be bad in the power distribution box???...This is very troubling. Thanks for any assistance or expertise you may offer!!!
