90 loyale won't start

Voltage is not getting to the distributer, there is voltage on the minus side but not in in the distributer -
I was driving one day and it shut down while i was driving we've checked it out and there power getting to the coil but it's not leaving the coil so we replaced the coil but that did change things anyone had a similar problem?
