  1. Transmission case crack Outback 2014

    2014 Outback 2.5i, 120K miles, all runs great...happy with it. Vehicle only serviced by Suby Dealer. Tranny case crack at drain plug. I suspect drain plug was over tightened at last service. Dealer denies responsibility for over tightened plug. Quoted estimate to replace tranny...CRAZY !!! See photo. Any ideas as to how this happened? Can be fixed? Thanks
