  1. Funny Sound coming from the back wheels?

    The noise gets louder as the car increases speed. It sound like its coming from the wheel bearing or transaxle bearing--a whirling sound. The noise has been there for a while but really getting more noticeable now. Any suggestions? and how much it will cost to fix? Is this a dangerous situation? Thank you for any help! Bernadette
