I need to know the distance between the front tow hooks, and their width. Please help me out guys. -Mike And now a little intro... This is my first post on the board. For subarus I own a modified 92 LSL SVX, and a 97 Legacy L AWD. I think of subarus as the only real vehicles, and I am starting to get the itch for an older jacked up ru. My situation requires that I either get a trailer, or a pick up... so this is how I am justifing the purchase of a brat. I just need to find an inexpensive means of getting one home to tool around with. I figure I can get towbars and hook up some brackets, but that seems like alot of work to do in a remote location... so I have found a cheap "towbarish" piece of hardware which I can bolt up to the tow hooks... just need to know how close it will come to make the decision on whether or not it is a safe idea.
