Guest Chairotsu
Down about 5 or 6 posts. You can't really see the krinkle in the fender, but you can sure see how it happened. 6 photos, may take a second to load. home.earthlink.net/~chair...t/id1.html

Guest Chairotsu
I just did it yesterday while out at the cabin. Only have still photos, no video. I just coasted, the car had died on about the third photo. It was all but resting on the bumper. Wish photos could show true angle. . .
Guest SubaruJunkie
Do you want an account at the photo page Eric so you can host full size images? Its hard to tell whats going on cause those pix are so small. Looks like fun, glad to see your legs are healed and your able to do some off-roading. -Brian
Guest qman
Seriously, those don't show the angle at all. I know that drop and about crapped myself the first time I went over it as a passenger.
Guest rXSNRG
Bigger pictures would be good, they look like good photos, me eyes aint so goo anymore That's a bummer, I feel bad for you. I know the first crinkle on a beautiful car like that hurts:(
Guest Chairotsu
Wasn't the first krinkle. . . The first one did hurt a little, that was the third, didn't make me bat an eyelash. Nope, now that it's broken in, I'm not gonna worry about it any more. Not gonna try to kill it, but not try to save it. The krinkle behind the door is one that can't be fixed very easily, so . . . Ken. I went down a spot about 6 feet further up than we'd ever tried before. yeah. (made it UP the spot where I bragged the sammi made it.) Angle finder (roofin' tool) swears it's 47 degrees or so.

Guest UltimateRX
If you notice the cabin behind in the top (big) picture, it is tilting, if you straighten then side so it is correct, you can get a better idea of the angle.
Guest EJ
Keep up those types of angles, you'll need to get some 4 point seatbelts.
Guest richierich
I remember when he pulled it out of my driveway saying I am going to keep this one cherry. Ow, well least it wasn't cherry and a BRAT, that would have made me
Guest Chairotsu
The driver's side is still prety cherry Richie. The things it's done to earn its scars. . . I tell ya. I got the scar on the door and behind it on the way to the top of this trail. I was first to the top, then Qman, then about 15 gnarly Jeeps. One of the toughest of the trails at Evans Creek. They were trippin' a little, were quick to invite me to join their off road club.

Guest snotrocket23
I went down a hill like that in my jeep- at speed. I don't know how I kept the roof up, I thought I was gonna die. One of those moments, after you go through it, you can't drive anyway cuz your clutch foot is shaking too bad...
