Loyale TPS question

Featured Replies

Just wondering if the TPS from a Justy will work on a 1991 Loyale.

I believe the part number on it is 179950-0311 (Denso)

I just put that p/n in google and found a listing on ebay for it. That will not work on the SPFI cars. Thats if the pic is of the actual item.

I have one laying around. Let me know if you want it. It is on a loyale, so I know it is the right one.

thanks for the replies, ended up going to PnP in Kelowna and grabbed 3 loyale TPS's, an EGR valve, and a vacuum sensor of some sort that I broke on my car. Swapped out TPS with a different one and the hesitation is noticeably gone. However, just puttering along and slightly changing acceleration causes stuttering hesitation still. So far I've replaced cap and rotor, plug wires, plugs (I like to do those when I get a new car anyway), TPS, Coolant gauge temp sender, EGR valve (still have to clear code to see if it is any good). Next I think I will get a new CTS as I just noticed the other one on the thermostat housing. So far i'm making progress.
