I'm at my end guys.I have brake pads that are rubbing against the rotor.I replaced calipers,brake hoses,and made sure new calipers were lubed.Any ideas before I go insane?

Rotors outa whack??

R U sure it's not a bad wheel bearing? I mistook a wheel bearing problem for rubbing brakes before. Does the noise increase and decrease, depending on which direction you turn the wheel (left = louder, right = quieter/gone, and vice versa)? If this is the case, another quick check you can do is to raise the beast on jackstands, and try and wobble the wheel you think the noise is coming from. There should be NO wobble,(that's a weird phrase), and if there is, chances are you have a bad wheel bearing. Hope this helps out!

Make sure that you are using OEM parts and replacing the pad guides with new ones. Lubricate the new guides with the supplied lubricant. It sounds like you are lubricating the guide pins.

 

I agree, it could be the wheel bearings.

Well off to the garage to take another look, collins

Get new pad guides as suggested if you haven't changed them, and while you are at it, grind down the 'tabs' on the brake pads a bit that fit into those guides. I'd nearly guarantee that the pads are hanging up in guides because the pads are slightly too big. There is a TSB about this currently in fact .
