1997 legacy outback injector test

My local shop told me to check the resistance of my fuel injectors, due to a rough idle and then a smooth idle. I was wondering if there was a known good resitance so I can compare?

 

Or if there is already a thread on this can I be directed there?

I don't know the specific resistance they should be, but if you have a bad injector the resistance will be drastically off from the others. So I'd recommend testing them and see what their resistances are. If they are all similar, chances are they're fine.
