October 29, 201015 yr 2 weeks ago I purchased a 1998 Subaru Legacy. Attempting to drive it home to NYC the engine blew up. (37.4 miles to be exact) Having no luck getting a refund from the dealer I'm looking to replace the engine. The car is somewhere near North Wales - PA. Could anyone recommend a shop that would be able to do this type of job? North Penn Gulf gave me an estimate of $1200 for labor. Thanks in advance.
October 29, 201015 yr Welcome. Don't know where you're really located - or the car is located. But in that end of PA PM subaru360 on here. I'm unsure how many other folks cars he works on. I do know he buys them and fixes them. He comes to mind. There may be others.
