I am having a trouble with the acceleration, I just had the engine rebuilt, and the carb rebuilt too. I know that I am having vacuum line trouble, but it has run fine till today when it just started to choke, first at high speeds then at low then it didn't even start. I need some help in a bad way. could it be fuel related, if you know please let me know.

Sure sounds like the fuel pump or filters to me. Check the outlet from the fuel filter at the front under the hood to see if any comes on when the key is cycled to ignition on and then off.
