January 26, 201115 yr I am getting steam in the crank case. i havechanged the head gaskets twice now and still same. any advice or experience with this prblem?
January 27, 201115 yr There is an o-ring between the block halves on the top of the engine. MAybe this could be your problem? It is one way to introduce coolant to the crankcase. This is just an idea. pressure check can help prove or disprove this. Put your ear to the fill tube while the system is pressurized, and listen for steam. You could run the car to operating temperature, and then turn it off to do this.
