Help please! 78 brat strut info

I can not find any info on 78 Subaru brat struts. I need new ones, I have searched this site and others, any help is appreciated.

Ok, found something.

 

Strut info:

Bottom: 16mm eye (actually around 25mm with 16mm bushes)

Top: 10mm stud

 

and the length:

Compressed - 345mm max

Extended - 405mm min

 

Someone, anyone please Verify.

I think you will find that is the rear shock! refer to post below for options!

 

For the front strut I would probably have it rebuilt unless you upgrade/ modify to a later strut.

 

It is a simple enough process to rebuild and there should be somebody in your area that can do it.
