Fan relay

Are the cooling fan relays the two relays closest to the firewall in the relay box? The owners manual shows the fuses but not the relays. If they are the fan relays, which is which?

So if I swap the relays and the main fan still doesn't come on, is there a temp switch I should check or should I just replace the fan at this point?

I would be checking the fan manually first and make sure there is no corrosion in the plug to the fan itself. Much more often this is the case than the relay. Then the wires going into the bottom of the main relay/fusebox under the hood are also commonly pulled out for some reason.
