February 15, 201214 yr Before i go and order the weber can any one tell me why they say it will not work with a ea82 with power steering with out a mod, and what is tht mod? thanks!!!!
February 15, 201214 yr The choke hits the power steering pump tank. The mod is to take a ball peen hammer and dent the tank in just enough to let the choke miss the tank. This causes no harm to the power steering pump at all. February 15, 201214 yr Thats why we are all here, to help others learn about these wonderful cars. You can also do a manual choke if you don't want to dent your tank in.
