A/C compressor went out on the other car and since its all hooked up together theres no driveing it until it gets fixed. So Guido is back up on deck, fresh from his long stent at McBrats hideway bungalow. Hopefully everything is ship shape because i dont have a choice in this matter. McBrat i know the wheel bearing needs replaced but i dont have any other choice other then to not take the highway in it. Its way to hot for this right now.

Are you sure you couldn't put a shorter surpentine belt on the Olds?

Don't get me wrong I am happy to hear you are driving the Subaru again just seems like it could be bypassed. Maybe a Northern Climate version of the car never had A/C and a part number is easy to come by?

Otherwise do the string method and figure out how long it has to be to get around the Alt and PS pumps and go with that?

I could do that, honestly driving the subaru again wouldnt be so bad if i just fixed the exhaust. Were in the middle of a heat wave so working outside on a car now is brutal.
