u can make alot of stuff like that easy i think the ea81 brat has a similar one that would work on the door without much work, i used one of those but cut about 1/4-1/2 of it apart and bent it to make the tail gate work on the 79 brat im restoring:headbang:

I was going to make one, no big deal. But then I realized that every time I make something I invest 3 or 4 hours here and there. For this I thought I would save the hassle.

 

Edit: I love making things and building personal touches is what I meant - not for this though.
