  1. The heads warp from center out mostly on middle were ex is they were trying to prevent this. The ex part of head gets hotter and more likely to come loose
  2. Found out this cool swap was able to use Ea 81 head studs in my 1.2 justy fit perfect and was way better to line up gasket and head. Was room for the 17 mm nuts and I think it will help prevent headgasket failure on turbo justy. Also at same time opened up chamber in head to drop ratio. Works good no more ping at 7 psi
  3. Fit 35's onto the buggy gives me 17.5 inch's ground clearance and tires are 34 inch's apart
  4. One small note we remove the soiliniod and valves from awd and run direct line press to it give me locked awd replace all of it with one small tube.
  5. I use a tiny bit of vasoline or light grease allows it to come off without tearing

  9. Change the blower resistor is next to fan held in with 2 screws and has 4 wire plugin
  10. I used 98 outback struts all the way round had to also use the rear trailing arm front holding bracket. The rear strut mount holes had to be sloted slightly gave me a good 2 inch. I also added ej22turbo front x member / engine and a high low 5 speed just for fun and twin Ebrakes on for each side

  13. The trick to the rails is the have to be together when you put the middle shaft thru then can put 2nd shaft in then snaprings and pin a bit of sticky grease will keep ball's / detents in place
  14. Install a 1/4 inch washer between the reverse idler and case on front side of gear will prevent reverse kickout
