Found a factory skid plate for my 85 BRAT, but need to know what size bolts it takes... does anyone out there have one on their Brat that they wouldnt mind sizing for me?

fairly easy to find out.... 12mm bolt head, 10mm thread size... go to hardware store to the metric section and test a few bolts.

They should be 8x1.25 mm threads with 12mm head.

 

10x1.25mm bolts have a 14mm head and are used on other parts of the car.
