I just changed the timing belt, water pump, crank seal, and cam seal, and now if you lift up the dip stick or, opent the oil refill cap it blows out oil. I just changed the PCV valve and it dident cahnge any thing. Thanks

Pull the hose off of the PCV valve and see if the valve pulls vacuum on your thumb. Make sure any hoses for the PCV system aren't plugged.
