Need help subaru 87 gl ea 82 2bbl  is not getting into second barrel can any one help were looking at 3500rpm for 35 mile an hour

need to know more info than that.  no power can be caused by a lot of things, and doing 3500 rpm in top gear at 35 mph is unlikely to be caused by the secondaries.

ok replaced timming belt Put a new rebuild on from national carbuerators caught the cadilic converter on fire so put the the old one back on it ideals fine but nothing in the top end let me know what esle i can tell you  runs great up to 40mph on the flat up hills no power have to down shift keep in third gear to hold on hills at 33- 37 mph

id check timing and see if that cat is plugged or you plugged any other parts of your exhaust while messing with it.

 

with that much changed recently theres not much that can be assumed, could be any of the 3 really.
