WTB or where to find a throttle bypass valve for a 79' Hitachi carb ?

The title says it all, I'm needing a throttle bypass valve for a Hitachi 306 carb.

 

I rebuilt the carb and the throttle bypass valve seal is shot, not included in the kit.

 

Anyone have one in good shape or know where to find one ?
