May 7, 201312 yr It almost seems like there is air in the system. Happens when motor is cold. Can the power steering system be bled? Any other ideas welcome. Ryan D.
May 8, 201312 yr Thought I remembered there being a TSB about this. How old is the fluid? (Age and mileage) These systems are self bleeding so there should not be air in the fluid unless it is entering the system through a leaking seal or o-ring.
May 8, 201312 yr Author Ok thanks I just changed the fluid. It may have been self inflicted. I lifted it off the ground went lock to lock while revving the motor. Tomorrow morning we shall see........
May 8, 201312 yr Did you use a flush machine, or drain just the reservoir? What type of fluid did you put in?
