I am thinking of putting in some better seats in my 96 Outback. Current ones are worn a bit. Just wondering if I can use seats from a newer model legacy?

Any experience?

Quite a few people have done the WRX seat swap. I have, however, seen complaints that the seats sit too high in the car for taller people. Don't know if this is something that can be adjusted as I have not done the swap or seen it in a car aside from pics online. I'm also not tall.

Is it a sedan or station wagon?

Its a station (don't think they had Outback sedans at the time).
