This is probably dumb but I need to take my shifter knob off and I can't figure it out. I can't get the pin facing the doors which is what I think is keeping me from getting it. There is a screw facing the radio but taking that out did nothing. Yhanks

Gotta just drive out the pin wtih a small punch

Find something that fits the pin size and drive it out...I haved a small screw driver with the end cut off.the screw just holds in the button.
