i instaal that engine in my vw bug and that was came with my engine
and i have proplem my engine is running without that thing i dont now
what is it and how i install it i hope you help me to install it it have
in the pic 2 vcuum line in the top and one have (T) on the other side
where must that 3 vacuum lines to be go to and the wire it must get +
and - ????

Those vacuum lines look like the lines for the 4WD solenoids (which you won't be using in your vw bug, I imagine).

 

You can eliminate those lines by plugging them at the source or looping them back together. Leaving these unplugged will probably cause the engine to run poorly.
