I have a 2003 outback wagon and the strap that you use to get
the bottom of the rear seat up has disappeared under the seat.  I have had this happen many times and usually manage to fish it out.  But this time I
can’t locate it as hard as I have tried.  Is there some way to get at the latch with a screwdriver or other tool?

 

 

 

You should be able to reach it with your fingers
