87 standard transmission help

Featured Replies

Hello. I'm an old member, but I lost my information to the site. I'm
looking for a wiring diagram for a 1991 loyal standard transmission. I
bought this car off my brother, he took the  transmission out of it and
put a dual range standard  transmission in. I had no revirse lights so i
had to do a bypass on that but the 4wd light on my dash never worked
and a year went by and i traded the dual range up for standard turbo
transmission from a 87 gl 4wd and did a bypass on the 4wd light for the
dash, now its always on when im in gear, and its off when im in neutral,
weither I'm in 4wd or not i have looked for wiring diagrams to find the
cause of it not activating right, but no luck, can anyone help me out,
pictures would be great, with a diagram. Thank you.

Looking for information about the switches on the transmissions to help figure out what is going on.
