Coolant additave - will it plug a seep?

I have a 2005 Legacy with a seeping head gasket - any chance the coolant conditioner will help eliminate or at least slow a seep?

Can't hurt to try it.

 

I have a 2001 Outback that still gets a little wet on the driver's side underneath where the head meets the block.

 

I put the conditioner in at every coolant change.
